As this is our First Release, Old Macdonald has made something quite special. This zesty and fruit-driven citrus delight is packed with as much flavour as we could squeeze in. It is prone to a little louching ( a misty, cloud effect when diluted with your favourite Mediterranean tonic) but we can assure you that it is both intentional and delicious. The perfect drink for sunny days on the balcony with friends.
He has produced this bright and zesty gin by distilling natural ingredients grown on the farm with seasonal fruits including lemons, limes, mandarins and others. Juniper is still very present and cilantro seeds add a delicate warmth.
