RETURNS
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not happy with something you have bought from us, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy below:

WRONGLY SUPPLIED
If you receive an order that has been incorrectly supplied (wrong item), please send an email to: customer service who will arrange to have the error corrected as quickly as possible.

NOTE: If you are sent an incorrect item, it must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, with all packaging unopened.

FAULTY ITEMS
We try our best to check all products for faults prior to dispatch, however if you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace or refund that item at our choice:
o Where we choose to replace the item, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge using our standard delivery method. Where stock is not available or at our sole discretion, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for that item, including freight charges if the faulty item was the only item on the original order.
If you receive a faulty item, please report it to us within 7 days by sending an email to: customer service
On your email please include the following:
o At least one photograph the faulty item, clearly highlighting the fault;
o The order/invoice number this item was delivered on;
o Your preferred contact details.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not provide refunds if you change your mind
