The perfumed nose offers aromas of French vanilla, ripe peach and fig, which intermix with white nectarine and pear flavours on the palate. These flavours and fragrances fuse with gently toasted oak notes, ending in a generous and textured climax. With a medium-term cellaring period, this elegant wine pairs best with food items like lemony grilled chicken, avocado and tuna tapas, and Chicken Kiev.
