The juicy fruit for this exquisite wine was imported from Churchview Estate’s own vineyards in Margaret River. It showcases a deep red colour with purple hues. This Shiraz is fruity, full-bodied and long-lived. It is fresh on the nose with luscious aromas of dark fruits, plums, black cherries and pepper spice, with a hint of clove. Running through the palate is juicy and sweet flavours that combine well with subtle tannins and French oak, leading to a lingering finish. This Shiraz has some of the strongest, most distinctive flavours and aromas than any other red wine. It pairs well with steaks, lamb, game meats, stew, and Edam cheese.
