Margaret River produces some of the greatest Cabernet blends in Australia. Churchview has produced a wonderfully vibrant blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot.
The nose offers aromas of chocolate, mochas, red currents, mint, freshly ground coffee and cigar box. The cabernet provides the palate with richness and intense dark fruits and fine tannins. The Merlot adds weight with red berries and softness adding an extra layer of flavour. All cleverly integrated with French Oak for further softness and complexity. The fishish is soft long and satisfying. An absolute stunning wine for the price.
